serene escape
spacious room quiet night
the room was spacious, a welcome sight! the shower room featured a nice big bathtub, just what i needed after long days. the room remained quiet at night, a sanctuary of calm, and the modern design enhanced the peaceful atmosphere.
the air conditioning could have been cooler, though the room was great overall. i feel that with a bit cooler air, the stay could have been more good.

the rooms has nice design. wine and sake were available in the lobby. the staff was lovely, i did liked the hotel.

superb location quiet room friendly staff
The location is superb with convenient access to public transport. Many restaurants and bars are nearby. The hotel rooms are quiet, and the shower facilities are good (i really appreciate this feature). The staff were both friendly and helpful, greatly enhancing my experience.
The hotel gym isn't great, but there are several gyms nearby.

lovely stay
room amenities climate control room cleanliness subway line
my room had nice amenities, like a hairdryer and an iron with board. the climate control worked very well, and i loved how clean the room was. it was nice i could walk to the subway line. i found the don quiojete very close, open 24 hours.
The hotel is not quite a 5-star. I think it's a 4-star. still, it was very modern. i found it a bit dusty.

the hotel has a fitness center, and it has running, rowing, and stepping machines. i used the machine to do my laundry. the hotel also has a bar.

the location has many bars nearby. it was an easy walk to many sights. roppongi station is not far, about 7 minutes on foot.

the staff were all VERY helpful! breakfast had a good variety of choices. the location was close to many things, so getting around was easy.
My room seemed rather SMALL. there was no daily laundry service which i found inconvenient. the gym felt incomplete. It wasn't equipped well at all.

the staff was not super helpful when it came to making reservations. i was told one moment that they could support making reservations, but then i was told later that they do not have concierge service. how does a hotel claiming to be five stars not have dedicated concierge service or have colleagues dedicated to supporting guests' needs?
